On 7th of September 2015, i had applied for my account to be transferred to my home branch through a written application. Today it has been over 10 days but the account is still not got transferred. The bank staff member who opened my account is not responding properly. I tried to call the bank  however they are not even attending the phone calls. I have suffered a lot due to negligent nature of bank staff. I seek justice, please purse the matter. yours sincerely

Dear Bansav

We only advise the process to get your grievances resolved.  Please get in touch with the branch manager personally, explain him the delay and ask for immediate transfer of your account.  Do submit your complaint in writing and have an acknowledgement too.  Once it is in writing, the Banks tend to work on the request on priority.  If the response from the branch manager too is lukewarm, then you may take it up with their top management.
